We’ve waited so long for today. We’ve waited for the worst President and administration in American history to be GONE. It’s almost anti-climactic.
As Kamala Harris took the oath to become our 49th Vice President, we sipped the bubbly and rejoiced. Fours years of lies, disfunction, destruction of institutions, violence, and ultimately sedition have taken their toll. Good riddance to the abomination that pretended to give a fuck. What an abject disaster.
We’re hopeful for the future but know it will not be easy. There’s a lot of work to do. A lot of wrongs to be righted. President Biden and Vice-President Harris have their work cut out for them. Such a huge mess to clean up.
At least there’s hope.
