As you enjoy your long weekend…those of you who still can…remember that it was the labor movement that got us weekends, vacation time, 40 work weeks, sick time, etc.

You will never hear me bashing unions. No, unions aren’t perfect. But they’ve done some wonderful things for us working stiffs and I don’t forget that. Neither should you.
