Just finished washing, trimming and slicing some berries I picked up at Wards. I’m pretty sure they’re from Brown’s farm.

The strawberries this year have been really good – the best in a few years.

I like to enjoy them with homemade whipped cream and/or dark chocolate. It’s a very satisfying dessert.

I tried to pre-order but servers were overwhelmed and all I got were 500 errors. In other words, the demand was so high their web server couldn’t handle the load. So, I’ve added myself to their waiting list should one of the 500 sold in the U.S. become available.

So, after the G 20 meeting Trump and Putin met privately with no US person in the room. NO ONE, except the Russians, know what was discussed.

It’s nice to have long weekends. It gives me time to try new meal options. So, tomorrow, on MLK day, I’m going to make the keto pie pictured above. I got the recipe from DietDoctor.com.

When it comes to low carb or keto recipes I love perusing this site. I’ve made a few of their meals and have enjoyed every one of them.

If I remember I’ll take some pics of the finished product.
